In the last week Amari has started to spend more time walking. It still looks a bit like a zombie walk but he is getting more comfortable.
Amari has also added some more words to his vocabulary. He will point and say, "What's that?" He says, "shoes" "dog" and yesterday he started to say" "water" when he wanted me to water the plants.

Amari has serious things to say about the goats..

We went to the Oakland Zoo with Piza and her mom Natasha last week. Amari and Piza enjoyed seeing the animals and held hands with each other while they rode in their strollers. You can see Amari had a lot to contemplate by the time we got to the giraff.

We visited The Academy of Sciences with Piza and her grandma Judith. Amari is a big fan of putting his hands on the glass and getting a closer look at the fish.
